Pricing
Most of our competitors do not publish their pricing. Our pricing is honest and straight forward. We have not hidden any fees or charges. What you see is what you pay. Our licensing model is based on concurrent connections, and NOT named users. Additional charges may only be applicable should you choose to add customisation to meet the unique needs of your business. However, our pricing for additional development time is also extremely competitive. The more you purchase, the greater the discount. We do not force you to contact us before being able to decide whether what we are offering is in your budget, but of course, we would welcome a call to discuss your needs. We have been working with companies from many business sectors for 30 years, so we may be able to assist.

Integrated accounging brings all the financial elements of BME together, to provide P & L Balance Sheet, Taxation. Integrated systems share a single data model, eliminating the need for complex API calls and data transformations. This ensures data consistency and reduces the risk of errors that can occur during data import/export processes with APIs. Real-time updates: Changes made in one module (e.g., sales) are automatically reflected in other relevant modules (e.g., inventory, accounts receivable) within the integrated system. This provides a real-time view of your financial data and eliminates the need for manual data synchronization.
Seamless Data Flow and Improved Visibility: Eliminates Data Silos: Separate project management systems often create data silos, where information is isolated and not easily accessible across different parts of the organization. An integrated system stores all project data (tasks, resources, budgets, purchase orders, sales orders and jobs) within the same ERP database alongside other business data (inventory, financials, etc.). This eliminates the need for duplicate and manual data entry or complex integrations, ensuring data consistency and accuracy. Real-time Insights: With integrated project management, changes made in projects directly impact relevant ERP modules.
